Study On Supply And Sustainable Utilization Of Land Resources In Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone Based On The General Plan For The Utilization Of Land (2006-2020)

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, urban population increase and range of motion, strength increasing, the contradiction between the supply of land resources and the human production and life of the land resource is increasingly deepening, the construction land increasingly scarce phenomenon. After the Liaoning coastal economic zone have been identified as key national strategic development area, and its development is in the accelerating period, industrialization, in coastal areas to speed up the process of urbanization in the background, energy, heavy chemical industry agglomeration to the coastal area, coastal towns and transport, energy and other infrastructure in the coastal layout, the demand for land is urgent, especially for construction land demand is strong, but the supply is limited, the special contradiction of sustainable utilization of land resources in this region the amount of land is limited and land demand growth. This study focuses on the cultivated land, construction land and ecological land supply and demand situation and scenario analysis, from the angle of sustainable development, put forward the path of the contradiction between supply and demand of construction land of the crack, the study area of land sustainable utilization strategy. The main contents are as follows:(1) first and 2nd part, mainly analyzes the research background, summarizes the research status from domestic and abroad, construct the research framework and research ideas, the main land use and land ecological theory carding.(2)The third part, analysis of land supply and demand situation of Liaoning coastal economic belt, respectively analysis of agricultural land, construction land, and the ecological conditions of supply and demand more, has been cultivated land, construction land.(3)The fourth part,using scenario planning (Scenario Planning), focused analysis of the conflict between land supply and demand, the shortage of arable land, construction land expansion and ecological conservation land shortage.
