Study On Cycle Economic Benefit Of Organic Food Industry

The food, which is necessity of human being, is closely linked with subsistence and development of human beings. Therefore, food security shows so important. With the development of society and economy, government and society pay more attention to the issue of organic food. Developing organic food industry is also put agenda on. Developing organic food industry is an important measure to establish great relations between man and nature in harmony, to promote the development of a good production, an affluent life and a sound ecological environment of civilization. The thesis analyzes benefit of organic food industry from the view of cycle economy, providing a theoretical reference for the development of organic food industry and the implementation of economic cycle practice.The thesis firstly introduces related concept of organic food, establishes chart of organic food industry chain, surveys current state of the industry. It then integrates the theory of cycle economy, summarizes characteristics of cycle economy on organic food producing system, being manifested in reducing, reusing and recycling. At the same time, it introduces concept and characteristics of organic food industry cycling economic paradigm, designs overall framework of the paradigm, including organic agricultural producing system and organic food processing and circulating system. Then it summarizes economic benefit of organic food industry, performing in controlling, multiplying, optimizing and comparative advantage, analyses comparatively on marginal cost and marginal benefit between organic food industry and traditional food industry. Directed by the theoretical system, it calculates and appraises producing benefit of organic food, taking organic-traditional Actinides from Anhui Province Yuexi Country as an example. It shows that organic food industry has advantage of high benefit. For ecological benefit and social benefit, it also makes theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. At last, the thesis gives suggestions to realize high benefit of organic food industry on the basis of the study.
