With China’s automobile production and sales increased year by year, China has become the world’s largest auto market in recent years. China’s automobile industry is so hot that more and more investors from all over the world join the industry competition. A large number of investors spend much money building shops in the sales channel, breaking the original pattern of the automobile market, the new one large car distribution of collectivization has been forming. The collectivization large-scale competition leads to more difficulties and challenges faced by the original car distribution enterprises. Considering continuously consolidating and strengthening the competitive position to achieve sustainable development and that how to deal with the impact of new external environment and to build the core competitiveness for these enterprises, the formulation and implementation of enterprise competitive strategy is extremely important.This paper bases on the Beijing Borui car service group serviced for Beijing area, using the relevant theories of strategic management, analyzing the macro political and economic situation, automobile sales and service industry, Beijing Borui car service group’s development history, business capacity and market position in detail. Firstly this paper explains the external macro and internal micro environment of Beijing Borui car service group, and then find out the external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses using SWOT model. Finally, according to the internal and external environment conditions established for the development of Beijing Borui car service group’s strategy. After the comprehensive analysis of internal and external environment condition, only taking the total cost leading strategy, can Beijing Borui car service group gain a competitive edge.On the basis of this conclusion, this paper proposes specific implementation strategies and methods about taking this strategy, in order to establish a core competitive advantage of overall cost leadership for Beijing Borui car service groupBeijing Borui car service group is a representative of the first-tier cities car distribution group. Studying on the development strategy of Beijing Borui car service group is conducive to the research about development of China’s auto dealer group, enhancing the enterprise market competition ability.
