| Along with the development of the Reshine Technology, the capability of R&D has restricted the realization of the strategic target and it is necessary to reform the body of R&D project management. With the development of PM theories, especially the theories of Knowledge-Process Project management and agile project management, new thoughts and tools have been given to Reshine Technology to do such innovations. And Reshine Technology effectively achieved these goals.This study summarized the problems that the domestic high tech companies always have, analyzed the need of the strategy of Reshine Technology and the problems that Reshine Technology now really had. From the analysis of the evolvement of foreign R&D modes and the advanced R&D modes of domestic high tech companies, we gained beneficial references and creatively designed the new R&D mode for Reshine Technology. This mode use the independent R&D center work in market oriented operations to resolve the problems that now existed and to support the strategy of Reshine Technology. Then this study advanced the plan and principles of the design for the body of R&D project management, built a fame that made up of organization, process, and human resources. This frame had succinctly included the things that Reshine Technology has to improve and could be change to an integrated frame of execution by adding IT and culture factors. This study designed idiographic project from such three aspects and set down the plan of implement then implemented the project according to it. We analyzed the problems happened in the process of implement and resolved them validly, then evaluated the effect of the implement and advanced some plan of continuously improvement. |
