Research And Application Of Agile Procurement Management Mode Of F Corporation C Business Unit

The diversity of customer demand and the uncertainty brought by rapidly product replacement have a tremendous impact on Original Equipment Manufactory (OEM). Agile Manufacturing, as an advanced manufacturing pattern in the 21st century, gives priority to manufacturing enterprise taking part in market competition for its quick response to market demand. Contacting suppliers with OEMs, procurement is an important part of agile manufacturing process. It has an important implication for manufacturing enterprise and the whole supply chain.Corporation F is an OEM servicing the top international customers. At present, Corporation F Business Unit C mainly takes the advanced agile manufacturing pattern. However, due to the volatility of customer demand and the uncertainty of production process, the traditional centralized and standardized procurement management model has been unable to effectively adapt to agile manufacturing to respond quickly to market demand. Disconnection or sluggish happens from time to time. The existing procurement pattern does not match agile manufacturing pattern, leading to tremendous loss to manufacturing enterprise. Therefore, agile procurement management is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Aiming at the existing problems of procurement management in Corporation F Business Unit C, agile procurement management pattern based on speed and flexibility is proposed. The main impacting factors of agile procurement management are analyzed. On this basis, combined with the status of Corporation F Business Unit C, the technology solution of implementing agile procurement management is put forward. Furthermore, agile procurement management is applied in Corporation F.Firstly, the background, purpose and significance of this paper are discussed. The research on agile procurement management at home and abroad is introduced.Combined with the situation of Corporation F, the main text of the paper is proposed. Secondly, the purchase organization of Corporation F and their existing operation situation are introduced. Fishbone diagram is used to find the impacting factors of agile procurement management and identify the critical ones.Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the critical impacting factors of agile procurement, from four aspects, including delivery notice, due payment, terms and conditions, and order process, the technology solutions of agile procurement management is proposed. Finally, agile procurement management is applied in Corporation F Business Unit C, and application effect is analyzed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the solutions.
