Research On R & D Process Optimization Of C Corporation Based On Agile Development Method

The rapid development of the Internet makes a growing number of ever-changing and unpredictable users pour into the platform companies.C is a typical o2 o company and the demand of users is very much and rapidly changing.In order to achieve rapid delivery of demand,C decided to transfer the development process from the traditional development mode to agile development mode.However,many obstacles were encountered in this process and the effects were not obvious.This article studies the problems existing in C company's R & D process to the process of agile development.(1)Analysis of C Company's R & D Process Transformation Status: In order to comprehensively discover the problems of C company's R & D process,this paper collected suggestion of15 experts using Delphi questionnaire method.After four rounds of expert questionnaire survey,the problems mainly focus on five aspects and ten specific problems.(2)The main problems of C company's R & D process transition:After analysis of the weight of C company's implementation of Scrum agile development method by AHP and the impact of the problem on the company and the necessity of improvement,the key problems are focused on four aspects.(3)Optimization strategy of C company's R & D process transition: Under the premise of optimizing the basic work.In this paper,Delphi questionnaire survey experts give the reasons for the problems arising from four aspects of optimization strategy design.Finally,the effect of optimization is expected to be achieved.
