Study On Management Method Of Construction Agent System For Governmental Non-profitable Investment Project

Management of construction agent system (MCAS) for governmental non-profitable investment project (GNIP) is a new type of management method for governmental project construction. The main contents of this thesis are illustrated as follows: at first, to adequately clarify the basic implication of MCAS by the way of introduction about the definition of MCAS, the differences between MCAS and other management means, specific implementing contents as well as the practice of MCAS nationwide, and then, to argue the necessity of applying MCAS for GNIP and prove that MCAS is an effective way to part of problems by analyses about the originality of MCAS and current issues deriving from conventional construction modes for governmental projects and outcomes of MCAS. at last to analyze problems existing in current MCAS , find out causative reasons in the field of politics , government management and agents, etc, and put up with detailed solutions in order to maximize the positive results of MCAS on account of its' fledging phase.As MCAS is also a management method of principle-agent type, the research outcomes of the principal-agent theory and information theory are mainly employed in this thesis to make arguments, analyses and conclusions. Meanwhile, narrative words and cases are also taken much account to, in a attempt to increase the persuasion, because of the beginning stage of MCAS, which attributes to the inadequacy of relevant data.
