Our financial system has taken great change since our open policy beginning .Especially after joining WTO, the foreign banks begin to establish their branches in China. The challenge from their advanced management experience and flexible management intention make our commercial bank urgent. In order to survive, our banks should make use of their own advantages to increase competitiveness. The keys of the competition is person. for these banks the lost of the person is the main question . A scientific system to assess accomplishment is a core motive mechanism for banks to implement developing strategy, standardize internal management, make good achievement and realize sustainable development. In order to finish the change into modern banks, a modern system to assess accomplishment must be established.This article bases on the theory of commercial bank staff achievements inspection system, make use of the advanced experiences of foreign banks. Elaborates the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Xuzhou branch's present situation and the question, through to the basic concept and the joint stock system commercial bank staff achievement goal establishment elaboration, on the base of these analyses, this article offer some advice on how to improving commercial bank staff achievements inspection system.
