Study On The Perfoermance Evaluation Of W Rural Credit Cooperatives Based On The Balanced Scorecard

W rural credit cooperatives,affiliated with the Shaanxi Provincial Rural Credit Cooperatives Association,its market position is: for the Rural areas,agriculture and farmers,for the urban community,for SMEs,for economic and social development areas.With the increase of marketization of the economy and the continuous deepening of the reform of agricultural financial system and the acceleration of urbanization process,rural financial pluralistic competition gradually formed,the W rural credit cooperatives is faced with increasingly fierce competition.This article is based on the principle of the balanced scorecard for W rural credit cooperatives to build a set of performance evaluation index system,in order to help them improve the efficiency of the performance evaluation.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge and performance evaluation of the Balanced Scorecard,establishing a solid foundation for the later Balanced.Secondly,combining W rural credit cooperatives own situation,through interviews and questionnaires,in-depth analysis of its status of performance evaluation to identify the main problems of performance management,noting that the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard performance RCCs W necessity and feasibility Assessment.Then,through the strategic development of the rural credit cooperatives analysis,from financial,customer,internal process,learning and development from the four aspects to map the strategy map and screening of the performance evaluation indicators,and uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)scientific computing performance index weight,get a complete index system of the balanced scorecard.Again based on branch and staff level set up the balanced scorecard system,and analyze the feedback and application of performance evaluation.Finally,it is the full text conclusion and prospect.This paper aims to draw on to design the Balanced Scorecard performance system of W rural credit cooperatives in order to enhance the level of the community of the existing performance management,and explore the innovation potential of employees,arouse the enthusiasm of their work,further improve the core competitiveness of the community.
