Research On Managengement Of Construction Project Of Changqing Oil-Gas Field

It has become a basic system in the construction project that project management is implemented in the construction project for more than twenty years and has obtained the remarkable results. According to the new situation and new characteristic in Changqing oil-gas field, there still have some problems in the practice process such as the inadequate management, the frequent quality accident in project construction, the delaying of construction period, the overspending of expense and so on. How to apply the project management scientifically has already become the extremely important content of research and development. It is no time to postpone the research of project management in case for speeding up the development of petroleum gas industry of our country.This paper based on the foundation of research of the construction project management and analyzed characteristic of the Changqing oil-gas field construction project, and analyzed the problems that had happened since the Changqing oil-gas field construction project implemented project management. In view of the question which existed in the project management and constructions project managements development, this paper applied the theories and methods of project management from biding , the market management of constructs, the contract management as well as the project management goal control and so on to propose the Changqing oil-gas field construction project management plan.To the implementation of the Program, this paper suggesting the safeguarding of Changqing oilfield construction project management in view of the status of Project managers, Tender agencies, vetting procedures, acceptance and completion aspects and so on. On this foundation, we also pointed out project management implementation suggestion to the Changqing oil-gas field construction project characteristic. Through these analysis and research, we can further perfect the standard of oil-gas field construction project management, and speed up the Changqing oil field construction and development. This paper also has the important reference value for domestic oil and gas fields similar infrastructure.
