We should pay more attention to the study of the contract system, to establish the project contract management system in line with Chinese actual information .In this theme, through the study of the value , the main contents , the existing problems ,the prevention measures , the risk and claims ,the future development trend and other basic concerns in the contract management system , we draw a conclusion : in the rule of law era, implementing the contract rules deeply and completely is very necessary and inevitable ! Improving core competencies by contract management , adhering to the excellent contract ; perfecting the terms of the contract constantly ; effectively preventing and controlling the risk of the construction contract as far as possible ; being good at claims to win more by contract struggle ; raising the level of project management constantly . We are very confident to make a road of contract management with Chinese characteristics successfully in the near future!!After China's accession to the WTO, the construction market will be fully open. Foreign contractors into the construction market, if the owner is not equal to the principal trading market, still blindly reducing prices, Time pressure and demands of advanced projects, foreign contractors will cite "non-discrimination principle," which caused trade disputes. In addition, since we can not promptly adapt to the international market rules, particularly awareness and lack of experience on FIDIC and the terms ,we will lose massive building opportunities to participate in international competition.
