| Today Knowledge-based economy developed rapidly. The IPR is not only the most important resources to enterprise but also a magic weapon to share the market. It is core competence and advantage of an enterprise. If the enterprise doesn't have a very strong IPR consciousness and not bring IPRs management & protection into effect, then will be eliminated in market competition. This text dwell on the problems in XDZ enterprise IPRs management, such as weak consciousness, personnel deficiency, many conflicts of rights, institution not perfect etc. Use civil law, business law, economics, management theories and methods, start from the concept of IPRs management, make an evidence analysis of the IPRs management of enterprises in XDZ compared with that in multiples, and according to IPRs management of international comparison, put forward two pieces of countermeasure: Set up the management system of enterprise IPRs in XDZ. Establish and implement enterprise IPRs Strategy. Carried on a detailed discussion on above two problems in chapter 4 and chapter 5, and put forward concrete suggestions.
