Along with writing of this thesis, Reform Chinese stock market share has been drawing to an end, the stock market created new records every day, our securities market has become an important part of market economy system. Then the performance of listed companies has also become the lifeline of securities market and one of the most significant factors to guarantee the sound development of national economy. So how to evaluate the operation performances of listed companies justly and objectively and how to improve their operation performances are of great significance to the healthy growth of listed companies as well as the stable. development of national economy. As an important part of listed companies, the study on the operation performances of pharmaceutical plate is very important.Several kinds representative synthetically evaluation systems of the operation performances of listed company have been researched and analyzed, and on this basis, combine the research purpose of this text, I create a system to appraise the performance of listed pharmaceutical company. This system analyses the operation performances in 2006 of 24 sample companies among the listed companies of pharmacy industry in such four respects (altogether 15 indexes) such as profit ability, debt paying ability, operation ability and growth ability. Then the rankings of every concrete index are drawn. To appraising the result, I adopt the briefly methods to chose HENGRUI in the sample company. From combining with the text of stockstar, this appraisal system has been proved effectual. The operation performances, of HENGRUI medicine are appraised in evaluation index system of created in this thesis. In order to draw lessons from the successful factor of HENGRUI medicine, the thesis have analyses the measures important to operation performances adopted by HENGRUI in the past few years, then find out the key factors of developed HENGRUI into a stronger enterprise are as fellows: having set up clearly established ownership, the modern enterprise system of separating government function from enterprise management, carrying on the high-quality tree , creating the action of the famous brand , strengthening the technological innovation constantly and taking the lead in developing e-commerce. On the basis of drawing lessons from successful factor of HENGRUI medicine, in order to promote the development of pharmacy industry of our country further, this thesis has put forward some other actions which should be ay attention to by all enterprises of pharmacy industry: firstly fully cooperate and utilize medical system reform; secondly carry on the rearrangement of assets; thirdly take the road to grouping development; lastly adopt the transnational development strategy.This thesis is different other thesis which use in the previous principal component analysis or factor analysis of the mathematical model, it based on a simple selection method. This is because of the poor ability of employees in Chinese our enterprises in using mathematical modeling. If we adopt the method of mathematical model, phenomenon of theoretical research and management practice detached from the "making of a facade" will be come out easily. But if the simple single methods is selected, this methods which is easy to master will be more conducive to actual work.
