Research On Union Bank Online Payment Platform And Its Value-added Service

With the popularity of the Internet, e-commerce develops fast and becomes the main commerce mode in 20th century gradually. Now it is an important drive and tool to improve the society, economy, living and culture. Meanwhile, the market demand of the e-commerce promotes development of the online payment business. Online payment is a significant associated industry, whose importance is known by more and more people. However, there are many problems in existing online payment modes of our country, such as main body qualification, fund in float, interface standardization, and unification of the e-certificate. These problems block the development of the e-commerce, especially the B2B business. In order to solve this choke point problem of the e-commerce and accelerate the development of the B2B business, it's necessary to carry out systematic and deep study on the mode of online payment according to the actuality of China.In this thesis, we utilized many methods synthetically such as comparative analysis, systematization, coordination, and decision methods combining with computer technology and cybernetics on the basis of abundant relevant domestic and international achievement. We analyzed the problems of the existing online payment and their solutions, put forward a new online payment mode that is Union Bank Online Payment (UBOP) mode, constructed online payment platform of UBOP, designed a suit of standardization interface project, conceived a series of creative value-added service based on UBOP, and constructed the anti-money laundering subsystem and anti-tax evasion subsystem. The main study achievement and innovation in this thesis are show below.1. Research on the mode. We carry on full and deep study on existing online payment mode of our country. Design of the UBOP mode, which can solve many problems such as main body qualification and fund in float of the third party platform, synchronous transfers of the capital flow and information flow, multi-criterion of the interface, protocol and e-certificate of the online bank, trust barometer of the enterprise to the payment platform, inter-bank online payment of the B2B business and so on. These establish solid theoretic basis for the full text.2. Research on the platform. We designed the four core subsystems, which constitute the UBOP platform according to the business demand. These four systems are payment settlement system, clearing system, payment gateway system and accounts management system. Under the conduct of the theoretic study, this part sketched the frame of the whole UBOP platform.3. Research on the interface. We studied the actuality and business demand of the standardization construction of the online payment in our country, suggested corresponding solution, designed the interface between the Union-Bank center and China's National Advanced Payment System (CNAPS), the interface between Union-Bank and information system of the enterprise, realized the synchronous transfers of the capital flow and information flow, designed the capital-order statement.4. Research on the value-added service. We suggested utilize the abundant data and information obtained by the platform to realize all kinds of extensive creative service, such as anti-money laundering, anti-tax evasion, fund in float monitoring, user intelligent recommendation, SCM, CRM, operation anticipation analysis, user credit evaluation, etc. Additionally, we constructed the anti-money laundering service subsystem and the anti-tax evasion service subsystem.In this thesis, we studied how to use the effective online payment mode to server the integration of the information flow, capital flow and logistics of e-commerce, so as to promote its development. Besides, we carry on the research on how to utilize the creative value-added service to solve many existing problem and impel the innovation of the online payment mode, provide support of theory, method and technology for the e-commerce development, and create value for the client. The UBOP mode can solve many existing problem, and is a feasible solution for the online payment of our country. The study of UBOP is meaningful to the development of e-commerce in theory and practice.
