Complex product refers to a class of products which have complex customer needs, complicated product composition, complex product design, complex manufacturing process, complex project management , typical products such as spacecraft, aircraft, motor vehicles, complex mechanical and electrical products, weapons systems, etc. Such products usually involves mechanical, control, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software multidisciplinary areas, each of its components, subsystems are likely to be the composition of spare parts in multidisciplinary field of component parts, and have complex interaction with the external environment. Complex product collaborative development is the specific applications of collaborative development theory in complex products such as CNC machine tools, automobiles, aircraft, satellites, etc, it have product development activities with a high degree of interdependence and the coupling characteristics, usually need several iterative to achieve satisfied results. At different stages of complex products collaborative development, the development activities require different resources for the mutual cooperation. The single enterprise usually cannot have all the resources needed , so that the cooperation between enterprises is needed by which companies may share resources and take on the risk altogether.The thesis take the complex product coordination development as background, first of all briefly introduced the theory related to complex products collaborative development, summed up the characteristics of collaborative product development, and obtained that compared to independent research and development, the cooperation research and development contribute to technology sharing, reduce costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, but also may distract risks, in recognition of the advantages of cooperative research and development ,at the same time surviving in the proposed defects: technology overflow, additional expenses, the loss of direct control.Then, on the basis of features in product collaborative development, the thesis analyzed the collaborative relationship on the collaborative product development process : established game model of enterprises' collaborative product development for enterprise cooperation possibilities analysis ; discussed the enterprise cooperation risk in view of the enterprise cooperation relationships' characteristic, established the gambling model for opportunism behavior which is the main reason for cooperation risk accurs , analyzed the possibility and the condition which the opportunism behavior produced.For enterprise coorperation development have many risks, partnership choice becomes very important, the thesis analyzed the existing cooperation partner selection methods, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and the scope of application; used multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the enterprise partnership options .Finally the thesis has established the benefit assignment model using the cooperation gambling theory, on the basis of the analysis before the thesis discussed how to maintain the stability of cooperative relationships, and proposed the measures to improve the stability of collaboration between enterprises: enhances the surveillance function of prestige market, improve the deceit cost, formulate detailed and thorough contract and the introduce inspects and appraises system.
