It’s covers the wide scope of technology and disciplines in the process of R&D of aviationcomplex product, and the technology embedded in aviation complex product diffuses widely, thespillover effect of technology innovation is very obvious. The R&D of an aviation complex productwill lead to the birth of other similar products, and promote the competitiveness of a country, but itsR&D has a very high risk. Recognize the key risk factors in the process of R&D of the aviationcollaborative complex product, evaluate the risk of the project is one of the key links of the R&D ofthe aviation collaborative complex, but it’s a lack of study the risk of aviation complex product in theexisting literature. Therefore, this paper choose assessment of the risk in the process of R&D ofaviation complex product to analysis and research.In order to evaluate the risk of the collaborative R&D of aviation complex productcomprehensively. Firstly, this paper established a risk assessment framework based on the input-output on the basis of risk management research at home and abroad, and this paper argues that acomplete risk assessment should include: risk identification, evaluation and risk simulation andregulation. Secondly, this paper identifies20key risk factors of the collaborative R&D of aviationcomplex product by surveys and statistical analysis methods based on the features of model of thecollaborative R&D of aviation complex, and explain to the identified key risk factors. Then, this paperestablish the risk assessment system of the collaborative R&D of aviation complex product based onthe identified key risk factors, while in order to evaluate the risk of the collaborative R&D of aviationcomplex product effective and rational evaluation, this paper establishes a TFN-GCE evaluationmethods based on the characteristics of the collaborative R&D of aviation complex products’ risks,and this method is applied research to prove its legitimacy. Finally, based on the analyses resultmentioned above, this paper use the System Dynamic Model simulates the dynamic changes of riskconsequences in the process of R&D of aviation complex product and analysis we should adopt howmuch controlling power to control the consequences of the risk; the paper finally summarizes the stateof research and looks forward to the feasibility study in the future.
