Along with the attention of human resources, how to properly evaluate the job performance of this strategic resource to effectively mobilize and inspire a positive initiative to bring greater benefits for the enterprise, which has become a modern enterprise management efficiency and effectiveness of one of the key points. At the same time, along with the intensification of socio-economic cluster development trend, more and more types of group enterprises came into being. As the command center of the such an organization, it can not be ignored to reflect the performance of departments and personnel objectively and fully, in order to better and faster.The thesis is researching on performance evaluation index system of WZ Group corporation, by adopting the Balanced Scorecard and Analytic Hierarchy Process method. At first, it selects the evaluation dimensions and indicator of department, middle managers and general staff in WZ Group Corporation, by using BS. Then, it assigns index weight by adopting AHP. So, BS is combined well with AHP during building the performance evaluation index system of WZ Group Corporation. There are three features in the thesis. The first one is to build the performance indicator system of different departments, namely Operations Management Department, General Management Department and Marketing Department according to the responsibilities and characteristics. The second point is creating a personal Evaluation index system of middle managers and employees. The last one is establishing a certain relations between department and individual Evaluation Index System.The article draws a conclusion that making use of BSC and AHP to build up a performance indicator system is feasible, which is practical to the Group Corporation or knowledge-based enterprises.
