With the development of China's economy,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.The management of enterprise group and subsidiary company is facing the changing internal and external environment.Performance appraisal is an important tool for enterprise group management and control company,the performance evaluation index system needs to be adjusted continuously according to the changes of the internal and external environment of the enterprise group.As the main management system of modern enterprise development construction,wide application of group control system has become an inevitable trend,it reflects the legal level hierarchical relationships are complex,and various ways of management and operating characteristics of cross regional,these features make the control group become quite complex tube,so we should grasp these characteristics,work index optimization design good test performance of subsidiaries,the field has been discussed and the research contents.This paper first describes the background and significance of this topic,domestic and foreign research status,the relevant theory is summarized and summarized,to provide theoretical basis for the study of this paper.On this basis,the paper analyzes TJPH group development situation and current situation of performance appraisal,including the development of TJPH group.The main problems in the current development,the current situation of performance appraisal index system and the existing problems.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of TJPH Group subsidiary performance appraisal index,put forward the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation index system,analyzes the mode of the index system for the necessity of the TJPH group,as well as the design of index system,the weights of the index system design,and the TJPH group a subsidiary of BS medical equipment company as an application case to optimize the performance appraisal index system,analyses the case.At the same time,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of organization,system,budget,publicity and incentive to ensure the optimization of the index,in order to promote the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal index system.
