With the development of Chinese construction industry, the pattern of building management has been concerned with by people more at present. Practice has proved that the traditional item management methods do not fit. And now many new patterns of project management are appearing. It plays an important role in the building industry development.Deputy construction management pattern is one of the widely used project management pattern, but this pattern is mainly applied in the government investment project. This thesis studies the pattern used in a non-government investment project which is the qingshi chemical wharf in ningbo city.At first the basic situation about this term was introduced in the present paper, including the item project, the basic theory of deputy construction management pattern, and the application of this pattern in our country, and then compare this with the general construction under the project. From that, we can see the feasibility of the deputy construction management pattern. Besides, in this thesis we analyze the relations between owner and deputy Construction Company, determinate rights and obligations between the two, asses the performance and the course of project implement, which is key and difficulty, how to deal with it, such as the three big control of this project implement (quality control, progress control, cost control).In the end, by means of the practical project studies of this project management mode, some problems of this project are found, and solid foundation for applying to the non-government investment plan is built. It lays solid foundation for the benign and instant development of our country's building industry.
