A Strategic Plan Of Automobile Logistics Center

With the increasing development of social economy and improvement of productivity, auto parts, which are the basic materials on the auto manufacturers, are showing its important status and function in economy. As one of emergent industries, auto accessory logistics is showing more and more positive significance in promoting the rational flow of auto parts, rational allocation of supply outlets, reducing the circulation links and lowing transport costs etc. Adapted SHAMS in Guangxi as a case in this paper, the designing of logistics strategy in automotive distribution enterprise, the planning of logistics networks and the choosing of logistics develop pattern were discussed in depth.In this works, the development of automobile logistics theory and the logistics distribution pattern about the auto logistics system were analyzed. Meanwhile, theoretical analysis of automobile logistics distribution was also done based game. On this basis, the logistics center development strategy plan of SHAMS in Guangxi was proposed. In this plan, integrating resource, quick start and steadily development were its principle, and the automobile parts logistics distribution was its main business. Footing on southwest area, radiating to Asian-Pacific region, SHAMS will become a special field logistics company which will in leading factor position within southwest area and will be of certain influence and competition in the whole nation. Aimed at the strategy, a target system to develop the logistics of SHAMS was established. Based the analysis on internal and external development environments and the main challenges and opportunities in SHAMS, we gave suggestion on the corresponding logistics organizational model and development model in different stages and levels.In this paper, we brought forward to build the logistics distribution center of SHAMS. As well as, the function of the center was localized, and the centre fixes was also analyzed and described about its quantitative relation.
