In recent years,the development of the Yangtze River Basin has become an important battleground for national development.September 25,2014,the Chinese government officially released" State Council on the basis of guidance to promote the golden waterway of Yangtze River economic belt"("Opinion")and the,Yangtze River Economic Belt comprehensive three-dimensional transport corridor plan(2014-2020)",Yangtze River economic belt construction is designed to make a linkage inland eastern Midwest,the comprehensive development of the region.Even the local government level also proposed"Han River Economic Belt","Xiangjiang Ecological Economic Zone"and so on,indicating that from national to local government level,are beginning to pay attention to the logistics development of the river basin area.The development of regional logistics and regional economy is complementary.Taking regional logistics as a breakthrough,through the Competitiveness of Regional Logistics impact factor,thus increasing the competitiveness of regional logistics for promoting the opening up and development of the Yangtze River economic belt of great significance.This paper takes the Yangtze River economic belt along the middle and upper reaches of the less-developed regional logistics competitiveness as a research object,its comparative study,and so the development of a number of proposals for the government to develop policies have a certain reference value and its logistics and the actual economic development has a certain significance.Firstly,this paper makes clear the purpose and significance of this study,and then the related literature to sort out,and founding that insufficient latest research advances and research.So make sure the main content and research methods clearly,highlighted the innovations of this paper.Then article theoretical concepts the less-developed areas,logistics and competitiveness to make the definition and interpretation.And then put the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt the less-developed areas's logistics infrastructure and competitive situation into seven levels of analysis.Established a logistics competitiveness evaluation system for the less-developed areas through literature review and expert scoring line.Following by an empirical Analysis of selected the Yangtze River economic belt in the middle and upper reaches of the representative of Luzhou City,Huangshi City,Yueyang City,Jiujiang City and the city of Anqing.At first,to collect the raw data of the study area,quantify,and then factor analysis.By comparing their respective scores and comprehensive factor ranking,draw relevant performance indicator of regional logistics competitiveness of these five cities,and use regression to predict the 2015 Logistics Competitiveness of the total score.We found that the logistics competitiveness of the strongest is Yueyang City,belongs to the first echelon,to develop thanks to the inherent advantages of the port city and the tertiary industry;Jiujiang and Anqing city are in the middle palace,the regional logistics competitiveness level is undulated;Huangshi City and Luzhou are weak,its regional logistics competitiveness should to be improved.Finally,according to the respective scores of each city rankings are proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to be able to hope in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt underdeveloped areas of logistics competitiveness helpful.
