During the car service delivery, the car value chain is becoming the key point because of the following reasons. Firstly the car has a huge developing market, and new industrial products and services have been promoted, while the economic environment is becoming the threat for the car industry, and at last the car value chain is not fully improved. Therefore, a new and completed car value chain is a necessity in the process of car service delivery.This paper, according to the analysis on the current situation of the car producing, car sales and car reparation, points out the value-add point is the key to fully develop the car service. For the further study of this problem and designing more scientific, more reasonable and more useful value-added factors, I set out condensed questionnaire to better find out what the customs really want, then I put forward a value chain based on the custom's need. And with the current car value chain model I advanced an extended car value chain. At last, some strategies to develop the car service delivery are given to benefit the car enterprises to better use the model of the value chain, thus can gain a fair distribution of resources. And in the reality, all departments can launch an effective analysis of the car value chain and take some relative measures to accelerate the promotion of the car industry and their profits, and let them be sustainably competitive in the severe competition, and make full use of the value chain to realize the win-win objective among car producing, car sales and car after-sales services.This paper analyses the key problem of the value chain with questionnaires and based on the current car value chain model, and take measures to make custom's need into digital factors, which form the core value for the car value chain. Therefore, an extended car value chain is set up with credit and with feasibility. This paper aims to provide decision suggestions for the car service enterprises, and put forward an efficient way to improve the profit when in the practical process of car service, it is the extended model of the car value chain based on the custom need.I have done some certain creative work to finish this paper, I begin the paper with three parts of the car value chain, and I put forward the concept of the car value chain based on custom need, and at last, the extended model of the car value chain is set up.
