With national economy and the people's income level raise(2000-3000 $ per capita income).cars in China has entered the stage of the universal. In the post-WTO era, China's automobile industry faces great opportunities and challenges, how to make the organization of the Chinese automobile industry, improve the competitiveness of industries, how to make the automobile industry in the process of a new type of industrialization to accelerate industrial upgrading, are worthy of the important issues. In this paper, the author use the theory of industrial organization (SCP) of market structure, concentration of production, economies of scale, barriers to entry and exit theory, based on empirical study of China's auto industry, analyze of its market structure, market behavior and market performance and the corresponding industrial organization policy. First, the author introduced in brief the article basic theory of industrial organization on the basis of data and examples of China's auto industry "Structure - Acts - Performance - Policies is" an in-depth study and analysis of the WTO context of the automotive industry in China and the problems, and corresponding reasons, including the lack of independent brands, lack of technology innovations, through low industrial concentration, excessive competition. Finally, the authors put forward the future development of the auto industry Countermeasures include: improved market access, promote industrial restructuring to promote technological innovation joint auto industry to improve industrial competitiveness, ecological construction industry value chain to enhance the core competitiveness of industry, nurturing and development of China's automobile industry autonomy brand products.
