Research On The Function Of China's Agriculture In The National Economics Due To The Analysis Of Input-Output

The analysis of input-output was raised by Wassily Leontief ,who was a well-known American economist in the 1930s, which was in order to explore and explain the structure of national economy and operation of a class of economic model. It is well understanding the various of departments in the national economy's status and role in order to make plans and arrangements by using the national economy among the various departments in proportion .The input-output table is well revealed the interdependence and mutual checks quantitative relationship among the national economic departments, So it is an effective tool in macroeconomic analysis .It provides a rich of macroeconomic information by analyzing the input-output table of China in 1992 - 2002, So, it can be forecasted the future economic development of China.This paper studies the input-output table of China in 1992 -2002, discussing the China's agriculture in the national economy status from the following four aspects.1) What are the constitutions of the rate and the final product departments? Theybase on the theory that the rate of the final product means the final products proportion of the total products in an internal department. The sector of final product means thatthe final products of departments account for the entire final products ratio. These two indicators can reflect the final structure of the national economy in all sectors.2) This part interprets the conceptions of direct consumption coefficient and entirely expendable coefficient. They base on the following theory.The economic significance of the direct consumption coefficient is that the j sector products the production units as a direct consumption of number of products of i sector in the production process, a_ij reflects the ties between the technology and the production among the national economic departments , So, it sometimes also referred to as technical factors or input coefficient, obviously 0< a_ij < 1. a_ij=x_ij/x_j, it is named as a direct consumption coefficient matrix, said (I-A) for the Leontief matrix.The total consumption coefficient refers to the j every sector units providing a final product, it needs the direct and indirect consumptions of the i department's products or services, it is usually recorded as bij, entirely expendable coefficient matrix is recorded as: BThe total consumption coefficient is composed of two parts, it means to add up the direct and indircet consumption coefficient namely:Among them,said that the production unitsin the final product of the j sector realize all indirect consumptions in the I department's products through intermediate products k.3) the factors impact on the prices of agricultural products. Theoretical basis It is assumed that the price change in M departments, prices in other sectors change into4) The impact of factors and the induction of coefficient and other two aspects relate to this issue.
