Shandong Landbridge Group (be abbreviated as LB Group), which was established in September 1992, is a large-scale private enterprise group with approval of Shandong Industry & Commerce Bureau, registered capital is RMB1760 million Yuan. It has ten wholly-owned companies and three subsidiaries. It is one of the large-scale private enterprise group supported especially by Rizhao Municipal Government in Rizhao. Along with quick development of the business enterprise, in the last few years, LB Group also exposes some problems on human resource management.
