Daqing Oilfield Natural Gas Company is a specialized company engaged ingathering and transporting natural gas, processing of associated gas, stablingcrude oil, storage and sales, plan and design, repairing and testing,also themanagement of pipelines. As an old company coming through the plannedeconomy era, the management of human resources has been unable to fully meetthe needs of the new period. Problems existing in the management have effectedand controled the company’s long-term development. How to improve themethods of management and build scientific occupation career managementsystem, to achieve a win-win situation between employees and enterprises, is thevalue and meaning of the article.The article starts from the basic theory of occupation career, profits from thedomestic and foreign occupation career management experiences, introduces thecompany’s current business, human resources and occupation career management.The article lays special stress on analysing the existing occupation careermanagement problems and its causes, obtains the necessity and feasibility ofoccupation career management, and puts forward the design further from jobanalysis, occupation development channel and career management training etc.Through the job analysis, employees on the basic qualifications assessment;establish diversified career development channel, smooth career developmentchannel; staff career management on different career stages and targeted training,make the company’s career management has been further perfect, build thecompany’s career management system. In order to ensure the smooth running ofcareer management system, the company proposed system operation needs tohave safeguards; from the establishment of the post of information distributingplatform, training information distributing platform, human resourcemanagement information platform and enterprise communication platform tostrengthen infrastructure construction of the career management; From theoptimization of organizational structure, career management committee set up,construction personnel system itself presents organizational safeguards staffcareer management; from a sound management system and improve the qualifications of the remuneration system of performance management systemproposed safeguards staff career management. Construction attention to people,concerned about people’s corporate culture, employees create career managementsystem is to provide a good atmosphere and space.
