Management plays a key role to enterprise's development. Among all kinds of management, management of people is so important. How to manage people? Right, motivation is the core. This thesis mainly takes BF Company as an example describing status, issue and influence of BF Company's current contract employees' motivational program. The author does the analysis through questionnaire, face-to-face discussion and reference to historical record. The main purpose of the thesis is to drive BF Company's management level to pay great attention to contract employees and therefore draft scientific and reasonable motivational program so that both the company and the contract employees can grow together.After analyzing the status of BF Company's current contract employees' motivational program through questionnaire, we find the following issues and the relevant influence: remuneration motivation is not enough; contract employee has comparatively low position within the whole organization; insufficient training; no personal development plan; lack of soft motivational actions. The thesis has raised the key principles of designing motivational program: combination of material motivation and spiritual motivation; combination of internal motivation and external motivation; combination of positive motivation and negative motivation; motivating according to requirement; fair, motivate at appropriate time by appropriate degree; competitive; economic; popular. Finally based on the above issues and principles the author gives detailed motivational suggestion including remuneration motivation, work motivation and human management motivation.Through theoretic analysis and specific example study, the author concludes as following: employee motivational program should combine motivational theories and actual status of the company by using all kinds of motivational ways. Only through this way can we eventually make our employees active.
