The Research On Credit Evaluation Of Highway Engineering Supervision Enterprises

Abstract:As one of the main body of the highway engineering construction, Highway project supervision enterprises have played an important role in standardizing the construction market order, ensuring the engineering quality, progress and investment in aspects and so on. But the current highway construction supervision enterprise credit evaluation system is not sound. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of highway engineering supervision enterprises, through the questionnaire survey and theoretical summary, the highway engineering supervision credit evaluation is studied relatively perfect in this paper.This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of highway engineering supervision enterprise credit evaluation, summarizes the related theory of credit evaluation as the foundation of the research; Secondly, analyzed the necessity of our country highway construction supervision enterprise credit evaluation, points out the deficiency of the existing evaluation system, and studied advanced practices of credit management of some domestic regions and the United States, the British; Then systematically construct the supervision enterprise credit evaluation indexes, and establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of credit evaluation, and carry on the empirical analysis of GT company as an example; Finally, puts forward some Suggestions of perfecting the credit evaluation. This article main research content is as follows:(1) applied domestic and oversea advanced theory achievements of enterprise credit evaluation, construct the evaluation index system of highway engineering supervision enterprise credit in six aspects such as the tender honesty and integrity, industry performance evaluation, bank credit, credit environment, social evaluation, determine the weight of each index and credit evaluation rating.(2) Highway engineering supervision enterprise evaluation model is established. After the analysis of traditional integrity evaluation method, it is concluded that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is suitable for credit evaluation conclusion. Combined with the need of this paper, the highway engineering supervision enterprises honesty fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is structured.(3) Evaluate the credit of GT highway project supervision enterprise with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it is verified that the supervision enterprise credit evaluation index system and evaluation model is feasible and effective.(4) Combined with the current status of credit evaluation of highway engineering supervision enterprise, reasonable Suggestions to perfect credit evaluation are put forward.
