The industry of logistics is an important part of the economy and it has great effect on the development of the economy. As a special logistics mode, distribution almost covers all constituent element and function of logistics; you can see it as an epitome of logistics or an embodiment of logistics in a certain area. Along with the development of market economy and improvement of logistics specialization, distribution grows fast, but also put higher requirement. To be rationalization and modernization, increase logistics benefit continuously, it is very important to enterprise and society; in addition, if enterprise wants to increase market share, acquires more benefit and long-term development, improving logistics service level and satisfying their customers is a good way.In physical distribution business, the vehicle scheduling problem affects mostly on raising service quality, reducing logistics cost and increasing economic benefits of physical distribution enterprises. One of important aspects of logistics rationalization is to optimize vehicle scheduling. How to schedule vehicles effectively, reduce enterprises cost, meet customers' demand, and improve satisfaction of them simultaneously to the greatest extent, it is a problem that many enterprises care about.In the view of satisfaction of customers, at the base of introduction of physical distribution, this article discusses vehicle scheduling problem thoroughly.Firstly, according to analysis and research of VSP and CRM, this article brings forward fuzzy subjection function which is used to assess satisfaction of customers, and then build a model of vehicle scheduling problem which is based on Satisfaction of customers.Secondly, this article designs a kind of genetic algorithm for solving vehicle scheduling problems, which can avoid only getting satisfied solution in the combination with fuzzy subjection function of customers' satisfaction.Finally, there is an example study, analyze the relation between controlling parameter and algorithm performance via a program of algorithm, it produces satisfied solution. This article compared all kinds of satisfied solution using fuzzy subjection function and obtained an optimal solution, it supplies references to enterprises in the area of vehicle scheduling.
