With the development of the world economy, the constant improvement in the living standards of people, tourism will become the trend of people living consumption. Tourism vocational education is being driven by the Tourism development of China's rapid development. But tourism to the ever-changing market demand ,The quality of human resources increasingly high demands, this also bring opporputours and challeages to the Tourism Vocational Education. China's Tourism Vocational Education whether in the size of schools, teaching quality and market positioning and development strategies, and many other areas, and China's tourism readjustment of the industrial structure and social modernization process to meet the many, many exsisting problems. This paper presents tourism vocational education, human resource development concept. The development of a tourism human resources development needs analysis and in-depth travel on vocational education and the causes of the problems, hopes for the tourism development of vocational education and provides theoretical and practical basis for reference. Comparison of tourism development on the demand for human resources development and tourism development of vocational education are the main problems. Identifying tourism to the demand of tourism and tourism development of vocational education between tourism professionals in quantity, quality, type, and the gap between the upper levels, thus Tourism Vocational Education found in human resources development process in recent years, the last in human capital formation, such as heterogeneity of human capital theory is proposed based on tourism Development of Vocational Education.
