In order to ensure the success of vocational education in the new situation, the vocational colleges have realized that they must ensure the success of vocational ethics education with the principle of taking the employment as guide. Nevertheless, the present vocational ethics education in vocational colleges mainly depends on the education in class and the imparting of ethics knowledge, which result in the students'little participation in the education. At present, the ideological and vocational ethics education for students in vocational colleges fell behind in both the content and form. Consequently, the education did not advance with time and was not developed and perfected in teaching and practice. Apart from this, the result of the vocational ethics education internalization is also unfavorable.In connection with the present situation of tourism majors' vocational ethics education in vocational colleges, the present paper conducts the survey and analysis of the present situation from the analysis of the students'origin and psychology as well as vocational cognitive degree and proposes that the students have a good understanding of the vocational ethics but do badly in vocational behavior and responsibility. To analyze the causes, we could find that it is mainly because of the deviation of education objects, the lack of practice sites, the short of textbooks, the monotony of teaching content, the insufficiency of correspondent teaching staff, and the obsolescence of teaching method. Reviewing the up-to-date method of tourism majors'vocational ethics education, the writer found that they are mainly the experiencing and emotional as well as modular vocational ethics education. Finally, the writer proposes that all-dimensional system of vocational ethics education should be adopted. To change the present situation, the authorities should enforce the macro management of the vocational ethics education and policy steering. Besides, the correspondent education and research institutes should compile the related textbooks and refer to the experience of international vocational ethics education. The writer holds that the vocational colleges should strengthen the students'vocational ethics education ability, bring up the double qualification teacher with the change of education objects, and build up the favorable education environment. As for the students, the writer holds that they should learn the vocational ethics education deeply, set up right vocational psychology, pay attention to the learning of legal vocational ethics, and attach importance to the vocational ethics learning. Finally, the writer points out that the vocational ethics education can not exist independently and we must put the vocational ethics education into the training of tourism majors in vocational colleges by studying the elements of vocational ethics education in the tourism major's courses.Nowadays, the vocational colleges have the consensus that the graduates will become more competitive in the future competition by constructing the vocational ethics education system suitable for certain college and certain major by practice and trials. With this research, the writer hopes that the tourism majors'vocational ethics education in China will make progress and the tourism majors'vocational integrity will be improved. It is undoubted that the qualified managerial talent and practitioner on tourism will be brought up along with the students' integrated development.
