To adjust agricultural production configuration or conform zero primary products specialization is the main gain of farm products comparison advantage research. The paper analyses the environment condition, production background and development of current foundation of main agricultural products. Comparing its advantages and disadvantages, the way and measures point out to accelerate agricultural products industrialization. The paper research the industrialization of agricultural products in Hunan Province ,mainly under the direction of ecology principle, integrate application of some subjects' theory and knowledge of Industrial Ecology, Development Economics and so on. By comprehensively comparing agricultural products resources of the six provinces at the middle of China, it is Pointed out to explore that the agricultural products resources of Hunan province must make the superior industry chain strategy as datum, clarifying the objective of development , program and policies guidance of industry , accelerating the construction of its product base for specialization, intensive and standardization, making the brand advantages as nucleus , quicken to take out a bench of important industry items , leading the essential factors of products to put into the construction of five industry chain .The measures of quickening the development of advantage agricultural products resources in our province are as follows: (1) The superior standard product bases of advantage agricultural products must be established and accelerated to research and breed new species ,as well as taking the technological change as nucleus, strengthen the brand sense, developing the strategy, exploring more and better brand ; (2) The agricultural products marketing bodies are cultivated positively , and perfecting the market system, promoting the combination of production and marketing closely; (3) The standardization of production management must be put into effect and ensure the safe of the agricultural products quantity and put the protection of ecology environment as a norm;(4)Further promoting to build interest community between the tap enterprises and peasant household in order to fully mobilize the peasant enthusiasm; (5) The agricultural extravert type enterprises are developed strongly and the ability of agricultural products export is strengthened.
