China was accepted to be member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Nov., 2001. Entry of WTO, Uruguay Rounds Agreement, Sino-America Agriculture Agreement should be obeyed to adjust China's former policies and related laws, which will influence the comparative advantage of China's agricultural products exports by all means. After entering WTO, Chinese agricultural products trade will be incorporated into freedom trading system. This will be helpful for China to develop its agriculture. On the other hand, China will be confronted with the influx of foreign agricultural products, which have better quality and lower price from other countries. So it is meaningful for Chinese agriculture development to make a careful research of comparative and competitive advantage of Chinese agricultural products. The paper, starting with showing the international trading rule, which China will face with the WTO accession, applies comparative and competitive advantage theory to analyze and study the comparative and competitive advantage of Chinese main agricultural products on the basis of others'research on this problem. At the same time, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve and develop Chinese agricultural products exports comparative and competitive advantages.
