Based on the previous studies of the foreign direct investment, this thesis analyses the factors which influence the regional distribution of the foreign direct investment, and combining with the panel data model and spatial econometrical model, makes an empirical studies on the impact factors respective for different regions and different periods. And on the base of the empirical study, this thesis discusses the suggestions of using the foreign direct investment efficiently, provides the theoretical reference for our government making the policy of the management of the foreign direct investment.This thesis is based on the previous studies of the theory of the foreign direct investment, combined with the situation of China, absorbed the previous empirical studies and the new model in the econometrics, made some innovations as follows: This thesis used the general entropy to analyze the disproportion on the regional distribution of the foreign direct investment in China, and decomposed the disproportion according to the three parts of our country: east,centre and west, in order to figure out the disproportion of each part and the disproportion between them. Through the analysis, we can learn more about the disproportion on the regional distribution of the foreign direct investment, and reveal the main source of the disproportion.
