Now, People's working pace is quicker than before, "rash" has been popular. People can't stand staying in the same work, and they try to change their jobs frequently just for looking for the perfect job. Anything happened in the job may be been a reason for the employee's turnover, because if the thing happened not make the employee pleasure, it will make the employee unsatisfied. New employees group is a special part of employee group, and this group will make turnover choice more easily, due to their low turnover cost, containing money expense and feeling expense. New employee group is a necessary part of the organization, it can make the organization vigorous, it can make the organization creative, and it can make the organization enhance to a stronger level. If new employee turnover rate is usual, organizations can take advantage from it. And if new employee turnover is out of control, it will destroy organizations' root, and will push the organization to die in the end. So the new employee reservation is worth to pay attention to it. In this paper, new employees' development is been taken to an important position, and we suspect that new employees want to leave because they want a better development. So we choose new employee turnover and new employee training these two being the studying basic factors. The studying process is given below:1 Based on the former studying in employee turnover, find and analyze the influencing factor. And then find the significant characters in new employee group. Through these two steps, give the most important factors to new employee turnover, and build the causal model of new employee turnover.2 Describe new employee training, and find the value in it. Basing the causal model of new employee turnover, analyze the new employee training and new employee turnover's relationship.3 Using Questionnaire, try to prove the relationship of new employee training and new employee turnover, and to testify the new employee training's effect on work satisfaction and organization commitment. The statistic tool is SPSS. 4 Sample Discussion: divide the group of new employee to two absolutely different parts, one is the new employee who have nothing experience, one is the employee who have been a worker in another company. These two different people will show different actions when they in the same conditions. So we try to analyze how these two people will respond to the new employee training, and how much the influence will be.5 Comparison the new employee training from foreign company and native company. Try to find the strength and weakness of these two training model. And give a series of rules for building a useful and valuable new employee training system.From our analysis, the new employee training negative related to the new employee turnover. And saying in another way, if the companies try to make their new employee training system more valuable and more satisfied, the new employee turnover rate should be controlled in a rational level. So the suggestion in this paper is clear, build a more satisfied and comfortable new employee development planning, and improve the new employee training system.
