Since 2001,the civil service has gradually become an important channel for graduate employment.All kinds of public examination training have mushroomed and developed rapidly to the national market.The training industry has undergone a series of rapid growth stages.With the stability of the industry,the market gradually saturated,increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the industry threshold is relatively low,the difference between small become the status quo.Then,the core competence of public training institutions,excellent teachers and staff have become the target of the industry.But the staff training institutions long working time,mobility,travel around the country,work pressure as acknowledged in the industry,resulting in widespread loss of employees,and easily lead to excellent employee turnover into competitive enterprises to bring huge losses to the original unit.Figure education is at the beginning of the industry development of the public examination training industry leading enterprises,with their own enterprises growing and improving,the loss is particularly serious phenomenon of employees,became the cradle of elite training industry.The paper takes China map education as an example,according to the domestic and foreign theories of employee turnover,analyzes the current situation of education enterprise development and figure employee turnover situation and problem;secondly China map education staff turnover intention and influencing factors by questionnaire survey.The analysis of comprehensive investigation and statistics from the individual,family,organization and social angle according to the questionnaire information;then were analyzed using SPSS22.0 factor analysis and regression to the data,the influencing factors of employee turnover is mainly personal ability,salary and welfare,self evaluation,enterprise training,system and leadership,work environment,social environment,family support and interpersonal nine factor.And seven factors,such as compensation,welfare,personal ability,enterprise training,system and leadership,work environment,social environment and family support,have a strong negative correlation with employee turnover.Finally,from the angle of reducing the turnover rate of seven employees,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The loss of the research on Influencing Factors of China map education staff,not only can improve the management level of enterprises and enhance their work enthusiasm and improve the efficiency of the staff,increase employees' sense of ownership of enterprise,but also can reduce the training of employee turnover rate,reduce the cost of enterprise recruitment,reduce the potential competition pressure of enterprises.At the same time,for the entire public examination training industry,it will help the entire industry to retain employees,and promote the healthy competition and sustainable development of the industry as a whole.
