The Research On Financing Question And Countermeasure Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In China

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role to the continuation, stability, and coordinated development of one country's economy as part of national economy. Since the reform and opening-up, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have emerged and developed rapidly, have already become an important strength in socialist market economy. Meanwhile, the small and medium-sized enterprises also face a great deal of unfavorable factors during developing process, among them the greatest problem is the financing difficulty.The financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is not only a kind of economical operation phenomenon, but also the defect of system and a kind of behavior of lagging behind. The dissertation attempt to analyze current situations and characteristic on financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, then discuss new trends of financing; search difficulty of financing and causes of it, propose deep-seated causes of difficulty of financing that financing structure is unbalanced and financing behavior is restrained; Through the comparison and advanced experience on financing system overseas, unifying current situation, this dissertation put forward countermeasure of solving financing difficulty, mainly from solving the imperfect information and excessively high transaction cost in financing process, especially emphasis folk finance and oversea capital, then overall plot of structuring the financing system of small and medium-sized enterprises.
