Therefore, this article, based on the investigation in May County, use Bourdieu's theory of Field as theory framework, and seek to overcome the opposition or disorder between objectivism and subjectivism which exits in previous researches,and provide profound analysis on Illegal Lottery.This article finds that Illegal Lottery is the result of variation of history, and not the outcome of transformation of modern society through the history retrospect. Only in the more wide background of history and society, can we get the profound and proper explanation for Illegal Lottery. People involved in Illegal Lottery get the habitus in the history of society and personal track, which are the mental or cognitive structure through which they deal with Illegal Lottery, and they keep the field of Illegal Lottery move ceaselessly through their practice. The field of Illegal Lottery has achieved independency and motivity mechanism. Consequently, Illegal Lottery will not die out for a long time.
