With the era of knowledge economy coming, knowledge is increasingly becoming a productive, management has become a factor of production, management studies of practice has practical necessity and urgency, one of the main sources of management research enterprise to gain competitive advantage. However, in actual practice the process management research, there has been inefficient, disjointed, alienation and other issues, in order to disconnect the most serious problem, has aroused great concern of many scholars and practitioners.This paper analyzes the use of an interdisciplinary approach, theoretical interpretation of the French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu’s habitus field theory as the main theoretical tools, knowledge transfer as a secondary analysis tools framework for building, the management of research into practice the entire Theoretical analysis process.Firstly, this paper analyzes the main management research and practice field in the Field, mainly from the perspective of management science point of view, to identify and analyze the meaning and practice of management research main subject, the mechanism features and management perspective. On the basis of the main analysis, respectively management research field and the practice field of the field structure, habitus and capital competition were analysis.Secondly, the model was constructed barriers Theory of Field and Habitus impact management study of practice, and analyzes the transformation of deep-seated obstacles and secondary barriers.
