Analysis On Financial Risks Of China Under International Capital Flows

International capital flows, as one of resources allocation courses, accelerate development of the world's economy. But with the expanding scale and increasing uncertainties of capital flows, the financial safety problems for a nation are more and more prominent. Under the current background of capital flows liberation, the nation with economic and financial deficiencies will be confronted with the nick of international speculation, which will cause economic fluctuation. For china, this problem needs to be paid more attention to. Because it relates to not only financial stability, but a nation's economic safety. Although financial crisis has never occurred in china, the financial risks are prominently increasing, with the gradual openness of our capital market, and with our financial system gradual entry into the world. So analysis to international capital flows and financial risks and research on china's current capital risks caused by international capital flows and measures to avoid financial risks have great academic and realistic significance.Asian financial crisis was mainly caused by large capital flows and subsequent international capital withdraw from these country which occurred financial crisis after and because of the fact that our country faces potential financial risks caused by a large amount of international capital flows at present, so this dissertation mainly focus on the research on the relationship between international capital flows and financial risks capital flows causes. As far as analytical method is concerned, this dissertation tries to investigate financial risks that international capital flows bring about in terms of structure of international capital flows, expecting to have further understanding to the relationship between international capital flows and financial risks.This dissertation includes five parts:Chapter One analyzes the relationship between international capital flows and financial risks from theory.Chapter Two proves the relationship between international capital flows and financial risks by quality and quantity analysis. Chapter Three shows the current situation of international capital flows in china and then has deep research on the potential existed financial risks.Chapter Four, as logical end of the research of the dissertation, makes some macro proposal on how to avoid and control financial risks with the international capital flows.
