The study of family enterprises in China has its special theoretical and practical sense, because China is a country of long-term and deep family culture in tradition. A famous scholar in Taiwan, Li Yiyuan said that the Chinese culture was a"family culture". Although the family culture and the organization have been weakened since Liberation,"Familism", or the"Pan-Familism"in kinds of Chinese organizations and companies surprisingly likens and exists generally. Even in the most prosperous period of the Planned Economic System, the Familism in a non-noticeable form played its role. During the process of China's social transition, the Planned Economic System is weakening, while the amplified Market Economic System is on the way of building. Thus families and family rules become the basis of founding and developing of the medium and small-scale family companies.Since the Reform and Opening Up, most of the private enterprises developed from the medium and small-sized family management, proving that this management was reasonable and proper at the beginning, because those family companies applying the method ever achieved a high-efficiency and still it continues creating such high efficiency. But with the development of enterprises, defects by the management posed unavoidingly, becoming the obstacle for companies, and made them not transit into another phase even went bankruptcy. As a result, the analysis and study in management mode of the medium and small-scale enterprises turns an important study project to solve problems about the sustainable development for them.There really exists a life period in family companies, and the transition from one phase to another should take place with the development of companies'business and scale. Directors of companies especially the medium and small-scale ones, are always in a difficulty of how to choose an appropriate way to suit the changing management and methods when facing the realistic problem. Many scholars have raised the corresponding methods to solve it, mainly focusing on hiring a professional manager and how to avoid disadvantages taken by them, including the proved appropriate way such as reform on the system. In my opinion, to improve the management level, we should pay attention to"changing in persons'minds"rather than"changing in persons", and the thought of"making persons as the core". As we known, that the development of a company depends in its director, and whether success or failure also depends on him, so the effect of a man plays an essential part, not only the director's but the workers'. In this thesis, on fully consideration of the Chinese traditional culture, modern market economic rules, as well as modern enterprises'system, on the basis of making men as a company's core, around it, the author tried to find out a reasonable management method to solve the problems occurring in the process of development of medium and small-scale enterprises.Based on the above analysis, this paper raises three innovative management ideas as the countermeasure of problems existing in the family enterprises, that's to draw on each other's strength, to establish small and medium learning enterprise management mechanism and to carry out human-oriented administration.First of all, according to the analysis on the life circle of small and medium family enterprises, parental administrative model adopted at the early stage by family enterprises and household management when the family enterprise develops fast are quite supportive at certain stage, however, with the enterprise develops and the demand increases, both can't satisfy the requirement of fast development, therefore, to draw on each other's strength can target the problems appearing at different developing stages. Next, human beings are a key factor in the development of enterprises, so it's necessary to establish small and medium learning enterprise management mechanism which is human-oriented. Personnel's working capability can get great improved through learning. With excellent employees, enterprises can survive in the competition, and undertake further development.Finally, an enterprise should hold an everlasting spirit as the bacon to direct its development, no matter what stage the enterprise is at. Therefore, this paper believes that enterprises should carry out human-oriented administration, and human-oriented pattern can safeguard family enterprises to keep going on.
