China has become a member of WTO after more than ten years of tough negotiation. Enterprises'rivals will be strong foreign corporations. Market competition has presented global situation. Profits are reduced gradually; non-competitive enterprises will be washed out and become impoverished. Nowadays, enterprises faced hard challenge of management. If they only focus on advantage in a short term, their competitiveness will be weaker and weaker. So, an enterprise must focus on long term profit and strengthen inner management to keep on permanent operation."6S"was named the most basis management. If its soul and method was put into action and rooted into employee's mind to form earnest and regular habit, the enterprise will comb-out its confusion, lay massive"6S"base and promote its competition.The subject of this paper is based on JIMONT's actual needs, my working experience in JIMONT and knowledge getting from learning to research on carrying out"6S"management under guidance of my tutor. There are total 6 chapters:Chapter 1 - Introduction: State on mainly researched content, method and present situation of application both here and abroad to make preparation for researching on the subject.Chapter 2– State on background of"6S"management theory and content. Mainly introduce the origin of this theory and the meaning, purpose, function of origin of this theory and the meaning, purpose, function of to ground base for the application research of next step.Chapter 3–Analyze the present management situation of JIMONT, introduce basic situation, organization structure and existing field control problem to find solution to solve it.Chapter 4–Introduce JIMONT whole executive plan of pushing"6S" management, to make preparation by setting up leading group, fixing action target and drawing up checking sort and action standard.Chapter 5–Mainly introduce that how JIMONT do during the practice process. Firstly, make the entire employee feel it is necessary to push"6S"management by promotion and training; and then, state on how they carry out origin of this theory and the meaning, purpose, function of; at last, list some model practice during JIMONT pushing"6S"management.Chapter 6– Treat upon"6S"application effect in JIMONT and development expectation.Chapter 7– Get out conclusion of this paper and make expectation on future research.
