As enterprises increasingly competitive, opportunities and challenges faced by the enterprises are unprecedentedly severe. Management thinking, systems and methods need to transformation and innovation with the times. Management innovation has become the objective requirements of the sustainable development of enterprises. Management method is a primary factor in management innovation. Advanced methods of management are an important means to enhance innovation capability and businesses stand out in the brutal competition in the pre-conditions.Substance-field analysis method is a powerful system analytical technique in the theory of TRIZ which is used to describe, define, and model of system function and reflected the interrelationships between the elements of system. This analysis method cannot be applied to management systems directly, because of focused on the technical field in TRIZ. We need to analyze the basic elements, external, environment and internal conditions of the management system in-depth, use the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, select the evaluation criteria from the value engineering to help managers make the best decision. The background of this research and application of Su-Field analysis method—a powerful analytical technique in TRIZ to management system is based on the systems theory and according to the evolutionary pattern of the management system. This paper has provided a set of innovation methods and solutions for enterprise management system by constructing Su-Field model which describes the working of a management system interaction. Finally, this paper has proposed methods of employees’emotional management which based on TRIZ theory to help managers to divert and manage employees’emotion effectively by case studies in human resource management system, in order to address the conflict of employees’emotion.
