With the issuance of the national strategic emerging industry planning,the emerging information industry,high-end equipment manufacturing,new materials,and new energy industries have experienced rapid development.More and more high-tech companies have emerged and developed at a high speed,making the competition between high-tech companies increasingly fierce.Compared with traditional industries,high-tech companies have large differences in investment risk,life cycle,technological innovation,and human resource management.Whether high-tech companies can meet market demand,or they can have continuous innovation ability,determines the company's profitability and life cycle.For high-tech companies,technological innovation is their core competitiveness.The stability and performance results of technical talents determine the company's overall performance and profitabilityAs a knowledge-based employee,technical employees are difficult to quantify in terms of working hours,job performance,and work stress.They also have the characteristics of high market value and high turnover rate.They are all eager to acquire new knowledge,need to have a sense of accomplishment,and tend to become the profitability of human capital,which flows to places of higher value.This paper takes the research of the performance management system of the A-electronic enterprise technical support team as a topic.Under the premise of analyzing the problems and causes of the performance management of the company's technical support team,it uses performance management,strategic management,value chain system,business leading model and Balance Scorecards and other scientific theories.Combining the excellent practices of Huawei,China Unicom and other companies,based on the point system management,combined with the ideas of BSC management and the concept of personal business commitment,the performance management program of the current A company technical support team is optimized accordingly.Through the optimization of the plan,the unification of employee goals and corporate goals is achieved,the enthusiasm of employees is mobilized,internal coordination is enhanced,and the growth speed of employees' capabilities is accelerated.At the same time,it provides good data support for the long-term incentives of enterprises.
