At present the construction of the internal construction market's credit system already marched into substantive propulsion phase. On the one hand to build the unified credit information platform as soon as possible, to advance the completion of credit laws and to create the mechanism of credit motivation and loss-credit punishment. On the other hand to cultivate the independent social credit appraisal mediated organization positively, and to advance develop marketability synthesis credit status. The good enterprise credit may reduce the transaction cost, enhance transaction efficiency, expand the transaction space, maintain transaction security effectively, enhance the enterprise competitive power, and then be advantageous to the standard construction market order, realizing the social resource most superior disposition, and promoting economy healthy development. However along with the internal construction profession unceasing development, as the supervision enterprises which provide the project advisory service in the construction market, the enterprises was faced with intensive competition day by day, and the behavior of loss-credit often occurred. Therefore how to carry on the reasonable science to the supervision enterprises' credit appeared very important effectively.Firstly the article elaborated the correlation theories of the credit, the enterprise credit and the credit evaluation, and unifying the characteristic of our country construction supervision profession, formulated one credit evaluation rating which suited the construction supervision enterprise. The second, analyzed the existing domestic and foreign enterprise credit evaluation indexes system and the enterprise credit essential factor, embarked the internal supervision enterprises' actuality, followed certain target construction principle, and then constructed the preliminary supervision enterprises credit evaluating index system, and used the Delphi method to carry on the target to optimize, then established the supervision enterprise credit evaluation index system. Following, taking the BP neural network as the main body, used fuzzy theory carries on the revision to the transfer function and the neuron connection weight, constructed the fuzzy neural network model using the MATLAB software, simultaneously completed the user interface development of supervision enterprise credit evaluation system under the MATLAB environment, which realized the visualization operation of supervision enterprise credit evaluation system. Finally with the DG supervision enterprise as the example, carried on the example analysis, which has certain application significance to the supervision enterprise credit evaluation work.
