The Innovation And Effect Evaluation Of Enterprise Credit Supervision System For Shijiazhuang Trade And Industry Bureau

In the current context of decentralization,the implementation and promotion of the reform of commercial system subvert the previous “pay attention to approval and not supervision” situation of government departments,reducing the market access threshold,promoting the public entrepreneurship and innovation.On the basis of analysis of the traditional model of supervision,Shijiazhuang enterprise credit supervision system reform was taken as an example in the paper;the effect of the new market supervision model after reforming was evaluated and perfected;the problems that exist in the reform are pointed out and the purposes of rectifying the market order by scientific means was achieved.Firstly,the traditional enterprise supervision mode was analyzed,and the fact that the traditional supervision mode has seriously lags behind the reformed market development was clarified and the necessity of the enterprise credit supervision system reform was put forward;Secondly,the main behavior of credit supervision was analyzed and the behavior of corporate dishonesty was quantitative analyzed using game theory,and then this followed conclusion was reached: In the absence of external constraints,companies must be not faithful,making corporate keeping faith must improve the social costs of business transactions,increasing the intensity of punishment and incentives;Thirdly,the reform measures and effectiveness of Shijiazhuang enterprise credit supervision was summarized and it was compared with the traditional supervision mode;Fourthly,the effect of Shijiazhuang credit supervision reform was evaluated using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Fifthly,the paper discussed the problems existing in the process of enterprise credit supervision and reform in Shijiazhuang;Sixthly,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,which were improving overall construction of credit supervision,cultivating the sense of responsibility in the market,improving credit supervisory measure,building linkage supervision mechanism.
