Research On Improvement Of Working Platform Of Lottery Point-of-sale

With the rapid development of our country's economy and our people's life, China's lottery industry enters into a new stage of fast expansion, in the form of quick increase of lottery annual sales and customers. Under this background that lottery annual sales and customer increase faster and faster, the number of lottery point of sale stays the same comparatively. Therefore, how to improve the working efficiency of lottery point of sale, in order to satisfy larger demand for lottery purchase, is a realistic and important problem for present developing lottery industry. At the same time, the better working efficiency lowers the investment probability into new lottery point of sales, reducing the total cost of lottery issuing, which is in accord with the true meaning of lottery industry development of funding the China's welfare and physical training industry.This paper is trying to analyze improvement problems of working platform of lottery point of sale through the angle of relevant theories, which contains of six chapters. Chapter one is this paper's introduction, introducing the research background and significance, putting forward the problems to study and providing the paper's content, framework and creative points. Chapter two expands the literature overview of relevant fields of this article to prepare for the later research work. Chapter three analyzes the lottery consumption behaviors. Chapter four optimizes the human machine system by studying the information interface of lottery selling machine of point of sale. The chapter five optimizes the human machine system by researching on lottery selling machine's keyboard usage. The last part is conclusions of this paper, summarizing the points of conclusions and advices for improving the working efficiency of lottery point of sale and indicating shortages and research prospect of this paper. Through the spot observation, questionnaire research, literature research and Interview method, the habits of purchasing the lottery are studied and taken into consideration of improvement of lottery point-of-sale human-machine system. The study shows that there exists some rules of selection trends of lottery product kind, plural or singular pattern, bid number, joint purchase, product package, self-selection or machine-selection of lottery numbers, time of purchasing when people buy lottery. The results of research are applied to the work of improving the HMS of lottery selling. Considering the factors of lottery purchasing habits, lottery selling work flows and ergonomics and cognitive psycology relevant to HMS design, the improvement and re-design advices are given out on lottery selling system's user interface and lottery selling machine's keyboard, which are tested respectively by the model of COMS and Mod method. The test results show that the operating time length and other aspects of HMS of lottery selling are improved by the comprehensive consideration of above factors.
