In 2002, the rise of behavioral economics caused the great sensation in the economic circles. A kind of new theory is adopted, which explains the economic phenomenon caused by the mankind activity in reality. Behavioral research of tourism choice mainly bases on economic people, utility maximize and the expect utility theory in the category of economics. However, the choice behavior of tourists and potential tourists is not"complete reason"in the realistic tourism market. It will be influenced by one's own judgement. It is not according to expecting the explanation of the utility principle carry on under the condition of the information asymmetry. Behavior study of tourism choice is faced to a lot puzzle by these problems in traditional economics. The new research approach to the puzzle has been brought in behavioral economics, which uses the prospect theory to replace the expect utility theory to explain psychology and behavior of tourism choice well and to substantiat the content of traditional research. Behavioral economics principle is used to explain some"abnormal"phenomena during the process of choosing tourism products in the thesis, which supplements traditional research on tourism choice. This thesis is divided into four parts:Part one, introduced international research results with relevant subject and analysed the necessity of the research at the same time.Part two, recommend the design content of the investigating experiment and questionnaire structure. The data statistics is carried on to analyse population distribution characteristic of the person investigated.Part three, the theory is reviewed, which is regarding the behavioral research of tourism choice in traditional economics. The defect exists in the research field of traditional economics with a large amount of data analysis at the same time. Then traditional economics model of tourism choice is queried.Part four, behavioral analysis of tourism choice is researched with a large number of data and charts in behavioral economics. Meanwhile, author tries to set up behavioral economics model and course model tourism choice.
