Self-Education Is The Feasible Road To Safeguard The Peasant Workers' Legal Rights And Interests

The marginalization of peasant workers'living state caused the governments'attention and the concern of the community. The peasant workers have a special contribution to society, for example, supporting the development of China's industrialization and promoting urban development and prosperity, promoting reform and rural development. At the same time, the legal Rights and Interests of Peasant Workers(RIPW) has often been violated: non-payment of wages, poor working conditions, lack of social security and public services, blurry identity, embarrassment of right and interest. Peasant workers'trouble concentrates on difficulty in safeguarding RIPW. From the angle of system, economic, and organizational analysis, scholars offered their analysis and solution for safeguarding RIPW, such as to eliminate barriers, improve the economic status of peasant workers, peasant workers'organization. But it's a pity that they did not analyze the relationship of these paths and its feasibility. And here the question comes, that is, what's the feasible road for peasant workers to safeguard their rights and interests?If we begin our research from the research significance, the present situation of the research, the research technique and train of thought, it's easy for us to know that it was difficult for peasant workers to safeguard their rights and interests. About this, the decisive reason is the peasant laborer's problem, but the external reason, for instance, the registered permanent residence system, and the legal protection, intensified their difficulty. To solve the peasant laborer's difficulty, the external solution needs to coordinate the government and society's strength, and build a societies'support system. The other is to strengthen peasant laborer's power of solving the difficulty through improving their quality. Under the present condition, the implement of the peasant laborer's self-education is the more effective way. The peasant workers self-education's primary coverage should include the Ideological and political education, the legal knowledge education, the social culture education and the economic capacity education. We should have a support, that is, the professional and the concurrent job personnel, and the science management system. The funds will be from the government finance payment and many kinds of funds collection.
