This research will target at the analysis of the relationship between 3-ization and the issue of peasant's interest. We also need to make frontline research for the peasant's income and the process of 3-ization in order to gain an insight for a better understanding of potential problems regarding the peasants'interest protection. We may also use the developing countries experience for reference in peasants'interest protection, and raise the issue of fastening the procedure of 3-ization. As a result the provincial government will make reasonable solution for the comprehensive construction well-off society in the interests of farmers formulating security policy to provide a scientific basis.
